Problems of biology learning and evaluation analysis at the cipp model-based higher education level

The purpose of this study was 1) to determine what the problems biology learning at college level are based on domain; 2) examine curriculum's context; 3) Evaluate curriculum input; 4) process, and 5) Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar, Indonesia. This research includes evaluative with a mixed methods, explanatory sequential design approach. data retrieval technique in used purposive samplingmethod namely, 57 students 11 lecturers became samples. results are: cognitive domain issues misconceptions, high-level thinking skills, gender. Affective include stress, scientific attitudes, attitudes toward science. Furthermore, psychomotor basic process skills experimental processes; context problem related outcome education (OBE) is still generic has not involved business world industry; Input evaluation leadership educational facilities relatively good, but development human resources (HR) section. lecturer's teaching competencies categorized well; lecture consistently conducted by monitoring Internal Quality Audit ISO 21001: 2018; product good constrained regarding fulfillment doctoral qualifications student publications. Each these been assigned separately for follow-up.
